How to reach us, and what it takes to change a figure

Mail goes to [email protected], which is read by the people who write the site. It is the one channel in use: there is no web form, no chat window and no social media account taking messages.
Messages tend to fall into three groups. Some point to a figure that has aged, some to a figure that was wrong on the day it went up, and some come from operators who want a place on the list. Reporting a wrong figure
Attach the document the operator publishes and point to the clause. Every number here was copied from an operator's page about itself, so the one thing able to overturn a number is another page from that same operator.
Evidence that will not change anything: a rival comparison site, a screenshot without its address, a transcript from a support chat, a post on a forum. None of these is the operator committing to something in writing, and none of them is used to place one brand above another.
Once a correction is accepted, the number and the read date on that page are updated in the same edit. An old date is never left sitting over a new number, because the date is how anyone judges the number, and changing one while freezing the other would misrepresent the whole page.

Writing on behalf of an operator
