Rollbit's licence record, and what could not be confirmed

On 28 August 2026 the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate register returned no result for every domain queried against it. Not only Rollbit — the same nothing came back for brands whose Curaçao licences are not in any doubt, including ones that hold current certificates. A register that answers nothing to everything is proof in neither direction.

So OGL/2024/1260/0494 is recorded here as unresolved. Not confirmed, not disputed, not invalid. The distinction is the whole point of the page: a site that reported its own failed lookup as a failed licence check would be publishing the state of its tooling and calling it a finding about an operator.

This is not a limitation this site can engineer around, and it applies equally to the twenty-two Curaçao-family brands in the register. Where a brand publishes a certificate identifier rather than relying on a domain search, the lookup does still resolve, and thirty-nine of the forty-two publish a link or identifier of some kind.

The Anjouan Gaming Board's validation endpoint does answer. Queried against rollbit.com on 27 August 2026, it returned not licensed by the Anjouan authority.

That is exactly what the terms predict, since they name Curaçao and never mention Anjouan. The negative is recorded not because it is surprising but because an unrecorded check and an unrun check look identical six months later, and the difference between them is the difference between evidence and a gap.

Seventeen brands in this register do hold Anjouan licences, in the ALSI- format, and for those the endpoint is the one licence check on this site that produces a real answer rather than a shrug.

Rollbit's Jurisdiction and Restricted Territories clause names twenty-nine entries. It is reproduced here in the order the terms print them, on this page and nowhere else on the site, because it is a term of Rollbit's own contract and the single most common reason someone goes looking for an alternative in the first place.

The same clause reserves the right to refuse customers from any other country, and notes that particular third-party provider games are unavailable in some countries for licensing reasons. So the list is a floor rather than a ceiling: it is what the document commits to, not the limit of what the operator may do.

This site does not carry that argument across to the forty-two alternatives, does not discuss any country's gambling law, and does not tell anyone how to present themselves as being somewhere they are not. Where an operator's terms treat masking a location as a breach, that is the operator's clause and this site will not advise around it.

Deposited sums are not refundable. That is the document's own wording, and it is worth reading twice, because a deposit made in error is governed by it as much as a deposit made deliberately.

Deposited funds are held separately from the operator's own operational funds, but the terms give no guarantee that they would be recoverable in an insolvency. Segregation and protection are not the same commitment, and this document makes the first without making the second.

Deposit limits are discretionary: minimums and maximums may be set by deposit method, by account and gameplay history, by limits you set yourself, or by the operator's sole discretion. Combined with the absence of any published withdrawal ceiling, the practical position is that no figure in this relationship is fixed by the contract.

It is not a claim that Rollbit is unlicensed. It is a record of two register queries, one of which returned nothing to everyone and one of which returned the expected negative for an authority Rollbit never claimed.
